Personal data will be processed for purposes related to the fulfillment of the Data Controller’s legal obligations to protect whistleblowers including:

  • receiving, verifying and clarifying reports of violations of the law (pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) RODO) based on a legal obligation under the law,

  • investigation/defense against claims (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) RODO, Article 9(2)(f) RODO), as a legitimate interest of the data controller.

recipients of personal data:

The controller ensures the confidentiality of your data, in connection with the application received. Therefore, the data may be made available only to entities authorized to do so under the law, and to entities to which the administrator has entrusted the processing of data in the implementation of this process, i.e. braf.tech sp. z o.o.

period of data storage:

Your data will be processed for a period of 5 years after the completion of the internal investigation, and for the period of ongoing proceedings by the competent authorities (if such proceedings are conducted).

rights of data subjects:

  • the right to request access to personal data from the controller,

  • the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,

  • the right to object to processing, 

  • the right to data transfer, 

  • the right to withdraw consent at any time,

  • the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (to the address of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00 - 193 Warszawa).
